1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage is a browser feature that keeps values on the device. Both may be used to operate a page or remember a choice.

3. Analytics and advertising
The current implementation does not install Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or other behavioural analytics or advertising tools.
If such technologies are added, they will not be activated before a valid choice, and this policy and the preference mechanism will be updated.
4. External resources and content
Some images may be delivered through an external content-delivery network, and the website contains links to maps and social networks. Providers may receive technical data such as the IP address and browser type when a resource is requested or a link is opened.
No external property-tour iframe is currently enabled. If such content is added, it will be described here and, unless strictly necessary, loaded only after the user makes a choice.
5. How to control storage
You can delete cookies and local-storage data through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect language selection, form protection or chatbot continuity.
For optional technologies, a choice must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. A permanent cookie-settings link will be available in the footer whenever optional categories are enabled.
