From Helios Phoenix to Olympian Parks
Our journey began in 2003, when Helios Phoenix completed its first Class-A warehouse project, setting the foundation for future growth in logistics and industrial park development.
Over the years, Helios Phoenix acquired prime industrial land, developed long-term partnerships and created Olympian Parks as a dedicated brand for state-of-the-art industrial and logistics facilities.

2003: Class-A warehouse milestone
Helios Phoenix completed its first Class-A warehouse project and set the base for future industrial growth.
2005: Mercury Business Park
